  • Dual concentric heating coils heat top and bottom of bellows simultaneously.
  • Transformer raises and lowers to accomodate heating and then removal of the finished part and insertion of next part.
  • Shuttle moves alternatively left and right as parts are loaded, heated, and later unloaded.
  • All-pneumatic control system provides semi-automatic operation, high production rate with only one operator.
