Dual output semi-automatic brazing system heats from two alternate stations. While one Station is heating the copper-to-brass joint, the other Station is being unloaded and then loaded with another part to be heated. Approximate output per shift is 400-500 assemblies.
Joint brazed between the copper tube and brass body is complete. Heating time using MSI's special heating coil is 1/4 that of conventional round copper tube coil designs.
